Serve as the point of contact for government agencies and program officers; manage reporting, compliance, and claim submissions for active programs. - Support government partnership and collaboration projects, including proposal preparation, budget development, and post-award administration. Executive & Cross-Functional Support - Prepare financial materials, briefings, and analysis ahead of key meetings and decisions. - Own follow-through on finance-related action items — track what was decided, what's due, and what's slipping. - Handle sensitive financial information and communications with discretion and sound judgment. Administrative Support Provide light administrative and office support as needed to keep the Toronto office running smoothly, including vendor coordination and record-keeping. Who You Are Required Experience - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related operational finance role within a fast-paced company. - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or other cloud-based accounting systems. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball. - Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, metrics, and financial models. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and professional.
