You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with Power Ford’s values. ### Key Responsibilities: - Present finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws. - Secure financing through dealership-approved lenders, ensuring the best terms for both the customer and the dealership. - Accurately complete and review all required documentation for vehicle purchases and financing. - Protect the integrity of the dealership by adhering to all company, state, and federal compliance guidelines (e.g., Red Flags, OFAC, and Privacy Act). - Maintain strong relationships with lending partners, banks, and credit unions to optimize approvals and funding speed. - Achieve monthly sales and finance performance goals for product penetration, CSI, and PVR. - Collaborate closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance. - Provide leadership and training to sales staff regarding finance processes and product knowledge. - Assist in resolving any funding or contract discrepancies in a timely manner. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring all questions are answered and all terms are clearly communicated ## Requirements ### Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or F&I professional in a dealership environment. - Proven track record of success in automotive finance, lending, or sales. - Strong knowledge of automotive finance laws, credit regulations, and compliance practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
