YOUR MISSION AT PHLAIR Own Finance end-to-end. - Own Corporate Finance, i.e. oversee accounting, own financial planning (Financial Model, Corporate Model) - Take over more strategic and project related topics, gradually take over ownership on Techno-Economic-Model and Project Model - Explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations Your targets are your North Star. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Non-negotiable: - STEM with experience in finance or business with experience in technical environment - Minimum of 2 years working experience; prior exposure to PE, top-tier consulting, or a fast-paced startup setting is a strong plus.
