With almost 20 years in business, we have established a pipeline of vehicles, circumvented manufacturing shortages, and with AutoSavvy you always have a wide variety of exciting quality vehicles to work with. **Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager** **Job** **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Independently review all required transactional documents prior to sale completion including but not limited to: - Verify customer identity with the drivers license. - Verify customer proof of liability insurance. - Verify that other required documents have been completed. - Analyze and compare documents for internal consistency of populated data. - Correct any inconsistencies discovered and verify with the customer. - Work with the customer to explain the meaning of transactional required documents. - Obtain signatures from the customer on transactionally required documents. - Maintain a high level of professionalism with employees and customers. - Maximize sale of back-end products. - Maintain CITs under 10 days. - Meet Finance Manager KPIs. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with: - Lending sources - Extended warranty vendor - Finance & Warranty sources - GAP insurance provider - Supporting the dealership on the designated day off General Manager. - Assist General Manager in the interviewing process and recruitment of staff. - Assist Manager in the training of Sales Consultant staff. - Oversee the training and execution of the finance process. - Partner with General Manager to secure building and vehicle inventory - Additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills & Abilities:** - Self-motivated and competitive with a strong drive to get things accomplished - Able to work comfortably in a team environment - Conscientious, with a concern for accuracy and details - Proficient time-management and organizational skills - Exemplary communication and customer service skills - Fully proficient with title laws and registration process - Excellent verbal/written communication - Strong negotiation and presentation skills **Requirements:** - 2 years of Automotive F&I Experience - Active drivers license - Acceptable MVR & Background **Schedule:** - 5 day work week - Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday - Operating hours of the store - Monday - Friday 10 AM - 8 PM - Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM **Compensation:** - $60,000 Annual Draw - Bonuses on product sold **Benefits:** - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - HSA Match - Pharmacy Discount Programs - Employer Paid Life Insurance - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Free Mental Health Sessions - Retirement Plan with Employer Match - Gym Discount - Paid Time Off - Employee Vehicle Purchase Program We are an equal opportunity employer.
