As our Finance Director, you’ll partner closely with the cross functional leaders to shape financial strategy, drive business performance, and build a world-class finance organization. In this role, you will: Partner with business leaders to drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and company-wide financial performance. Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making and long-term growth. Own P&L analysis and subscription unit economics (ARR/MRR, churn, retention, LTV/CAC, deferred revenue), and revenue recognition across hardware and subscription (ASC 606 / IFRS 15). Collaborate with GMs and functional leaders across global offices to establish business targets, monitor KPIs, and improve financial outcomes. Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture. Ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance with local and international accounting standards, including multi-entity consolidation and tax across our markets. Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management to maintain strong financial governance. Drive AI adoption across finance - automating routine work, sharpening analysis, and raising data quality - to free the team to focus on strategic partnering.” Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards. Partner closely with the Supply Chain & Operations team on cost, margin, inventory, and working-capital decisions. Who You Are We’re looking for a finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial thinking and enjoys partnering with the business to drive impact. You have: 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including proven leadership as a Senior Manager, Director, or above — ideally as the senior finance lead for a business unit or entity…
