Finance Controller

About the role : As a Finance Controller , you will support the Financial Controller in driving the agency’s financial performance. You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business. Key responsibilities : Analyse client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunities Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals Lead revenue and margin forecasting, as well as variance analysis Contribute to budgeting and financial planning processes Partner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-making Provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structures Support month-end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracy Coordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.) Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives Skills & experience : 4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling) Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset Advanced Excel skills Comfortable working with data and financial modelling Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in project-based environments is a plus Fluent in English Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
