As a **Finance Co-Op** in our Finance / Accounting department, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting core accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities while contributing to real business deliverables in a dynamic medical device environment. **What You’ll Do:** - Create and analyze accounting statements and reports to support the preparation of financial statements - Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation - Perform account reconciliations as assigned - Conduct data analysis in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and variance analysis - Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements, reporting, documentation, and internal controls - Help maintain audit-ready documentation for internal and external requests - Communicate effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams - Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance team **What You Bring:** - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands - Proven leadership potential and business acumen - Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment **Why VB Spine?** We believe in growing talent from within.
