Finance Business Partner

This role will require you to be extremely hands-on, communicative, in daily interactions with our Operations (Fulfillment centres) and Commercial Directors, proactive, organized, able to cope well under pressure and have a passion for Finance Business Partnering and Controlling in a fast-growing environment. What we expect from you - You will be an active Finance business partner for our Operations/Commercial director - You will be an active member of both Finance and Operations/Commercial department - You will challenge Operations/Commercial, how the things are done, what can be done better and propose new ways of doing things - You will provide support to Operations/Commercial department (e.g. analysis and advising in decision making) - You will closely participate on business direction - You will identify risks, inefficiencies, propose solutions and internal processes, participate in their implementation and control of their compliance - You will participate in the development of internal systems and will be actively involved in projects - You will prepare business cases and ad-hoc analysis - You will collaborate on monthly financial statements, budget / operational planning and external audit - You will work within a team and collaborate with other business units - You will perform other tasks as specified by the supervisor What we look for - Experience in the role of Senior controller / Finance business partner - Proven track record in communicating with departments outside finance and supporting them with analysis and business insights - Analytical thinking is your own - Orientation in business economics and basics of accounting - Excel at professional level, PivotTables, search functions, etc. - Knowledge of English at a communicative level - High level of responsibility and independence - Desire to learn new things and explore new areas - Fluency in english and hungarian What we offer - Fair pay – competitive fixed salary, no politics or hidden bonuses. - Good food every day – free fruit, snacks, coffee & soft drinks, plus Kifli Premium Membership with 10% cashback on every purchase. - Home Office - Life, not just work – unlimited paid vacation to recharge when you need it. - Real growth – Kifli is growing fast, and so can you.
