**Job Description/Responsibilities:** The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include: - · Prepare monthly reporting - · Support in preparing monthly financial statements - · Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid - · Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures - · Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity - · Perform bank account reconciliations - · Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries - · Assist in financial statement review - · Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist - · Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed - · Other responsibilities as required **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in accounting - Strong attention to details - Analytically minded - Organized and able to manage multiple priorities - Self-driven and self-sufficient - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Pay/Benefits: - $70,000- $90,000 annually - Competitive salary - Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance - 401(k) - Profit & Pension Sharing Plan - PTO The potential base pay range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.
