As a **well-established industry leader in material handling solutions**, we offer long-term **career growth**, **job stability**, and advancement opportunities. **What You’ll Do** - Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair **Raymond battery-powered lift trucks** along with working on warehouse storage systems, conveyors, carousels, and other automated material handling equipment - Work directly with our customers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges - Apply and grow your mechanical and technical skills through continuous training - Submit electronic work orders efficiently using a company-provided tablet - Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service **Qualifications and Skills** - Ability to **diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment** with a focus on **quality, efficiency, and cost-effective maintenance**. - Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor technology, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems (a plus) - Ability to read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals - Ability to communicate regularly by phone and in person with team members, parts representatives, technical specialists, dispatch, lead service techs, and customers, required - **Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor** and **build positive customer relationships** by consistently delivering **excellent customer service** - Must provide your own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools will be provided - Valid driver’s license with a good driving record - Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly **Why You’ll Love Working Here** - Straight hourly pay — **no flat rate** - Overtime opportunities - Access to nationally recognized technical training and certifications - Technicians travel within a defined territory - Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision insurance - 401(k) with company match - A culture built on respect, expertise, and teamwork **Join Us** Our tagline is *“Discover the Difference”*—because of our unique capabilities and philosophy.
