We’re currently seeking a **Field Service Specialist** with **ion chromatography (IC)** expertise to support our customers across **Ohio, Kentucky, portions of West Virginia & Indiana**, ideally based in the **Columbus area**. **🔬 What You’ll Do** As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you’ll be the face of our Ion Chromatography Service team—providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers’ instruments running at peak performance. You will: - Perform **installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance**, and **refresher training** for benchtop IC systems. - Support customers both **on-site and remotely** (via phone, email, Teams). - Partner with Process Analytics teams to support IC instruments in advanced process systems. - Manage a dynamic schedule across a multi-state territory. - Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. **📍 Territory** This role covers **Ohio, Kentucky, western West Virginia**, and the **southern portion of Indiana**, with periodic travel to other U.S. regions as needed. The territory includes a mix of urban and rural markets, offering opportunities to engage with a diverse customer base.
