Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Stiles operates regional offices in High Point, North Carolina; North Wales, Pennsylvania; Coppell, Texas; and Rancho Cucamonga, California. **What You’ll Do** - Install, start up, and instruct customers on technology represented by Stiles - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field - Document work performed, problems encountered, and customer concerns clearly and promptly - Recommend improvements pertaining to reliability, performance, and long-term operation - Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a technical partner and problem solver, not just a service call - Assist in training customers and Stiles service representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance - Maintain showroom equipment and assist with customer demos as needed - Continuously develop your skills and knowledge of the technology you’re working on while working alongside vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members - Regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement **What You Can Expect from Stiles** - Competitive pay - A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement options - Nationally accredited training programs, ongoing technical development, and clear paths for career growth within and outside of service - A team that understands the demands of field service because many of our leaders have been service representatives themselves - Prompt overtime and mileage reimbursement **What You’ll Need** - A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly - A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism - Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a related field, equivalent hands-on experience, a related associate’s degree, or a willingness to learn - Prior experience in CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or operation or completion of a Field Service training program **Why You Should Apply** Because here, your work matters to customers, to your teammates, and to your future.
