As an industry leader, we’ve built an innovative and collaborative environment where diversity is celebrated, ideas are valued, and personal and professional growth never stops. **Responsibilities:** - Drive and operate a box truck - Service assigned customer locations according to a defined weekly route - Fill and maintain vending machines and/or safety cabinets - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic mechanical and technical vending machine issues - Provide on-site technical support and customer support - Monitor inventory stocking levels including ordering and replenishment as needed - Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts - Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately in a manner that provides the best customer experience - Efficiently fulfill replenishment orders via foot or forklift utilizing RF scanners for picking and staging at Magid distribution center - Follow all Magid company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets - Comply with the safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided - Ensure accuracy and functionality of all activities related to Vending Solutions - Follow designated route as defined by weekly schedule - Document and follow standard operating procedures at customer locations to provide direction for back-up resources to ensure continuity of service - Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process improvement, and cycle time with Magid VendSupport - Collaborate with Field Supervisor, VendSupport, and Field Sales - Work flexible hours, including overtime, as required - Perform other duties as assigned ## Requirements **Required Skills:** - Ability to manage and maintain technical equipment - Ability to resolve basic mechanical and software issues - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high energy - Familiar with using mobile tools and applications - Demonstrate effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule **Experience/Education Required/Sought:** - Previous experience driving 18’ truck preferred - High s…
