You will manage job scheduling, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the installation of new or used equipment. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise and manage service department personnel, workload, and resource planning. - Assign technicians to service requests and ensure timely, high-quality repairs. - Generate service work quotes and follow up with customers post-service. - Develop and maintain detailed job schedules, including procurement, shipment, installation, and labor needs. - Prepare and manage monthly budgets and weekly reports for upper management. - Ensure technicians receive required safety training and have proper PPE. - Oversee and coordinate up to 20 technicians at a time. - Collaborate with customers and internal sales staff to identify new business opportunities. ### **Qualifications & Experience** - 5+ years of experience in field service management. - Electrical and mechanical engineering experience (degree preferred but not required). - Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of material handling equipment and electrical system controls.
