This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a technically driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and wants to work at the forefront of cryogenic technology. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert for customers across your assigned region, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of cryogenic systems while strengthening Nikkiso’s reputation for excellence in service and innovation. ## Responsibilities ### Technical Leadership & Customer Support - Provide expert onsite technical support for installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic systems and equipment. - Serve as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to OEM and industry standards. ### Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution - Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using advanced troubleshooting methods. - Minimize system downtime through efficient root cause analysis and corrective actions. ### Maintenance & Repairs - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections, calibration, and component replacement. - Respond promptly to customer service requests and execute onsite repairs with precision and professionalism. ### Training & Knowledge Transfer - Deliver technical training to customers on safe operation and maintenance of cryogenic equipment. - Promote best practices and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. ### Documentation & Reporting - Prepare detailed field service reports, maintain accurate service records, and document equipment history. - Communicate findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to internal teams and customers. ### Safety & Continuous Improvement - Uphold Nikkiso’s safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in the field. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance service delivery. ## Core Competencies - **…
