Field Service and Order Management Coordinator - Skiatook

NOV is now hiring a Field Service & Order Management Coordinator! The Field Service and Order Management Coordinator is responsible for overseeing field service administrative duties including field service dispatches, optimization tracking, service pricing and product codes, and ticket accuracy. They will also be responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues, maintain order accuracy, and support a high level of customer satisfaction. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Operational Support: - Assist in the planning and execution of operational jobs such as field service dispatching. - Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals maintaining accurate job boards and backlogs. - Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Communication and Coordination: - Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration. - Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation, such as reports and presentations. - Ensure all paperwork is validated and finalized in timely manner. - Maintain and update operational records and databases. Process Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency. - Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes. - Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Resource Management: - Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources to support operational activities. - Coordinate with different departments to manage procurement and inventory. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. - Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation for internal and external audits. - Assist in the preparation of operational performance reports for management review. **FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** - Ability to work in manufacturing shop environment to obtain information from manufacturing team - Ability to work with field service team to ensure accurate field service operations - Ability to work overtime as needed to support business need **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS** - Previous support/coordinator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. - Advanced organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience working in Quickbase, Microsoft office and Oracle
