We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Field Safety Coordinator to support commercial construction safety operations and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site-specific safety plans, and company safety policies. This is a 100% on-site, field-based position requiring daily presence on active construction jobsites. A strong field presence is essential to provide real-time safety oversight, conduct inspections, lead training, and support continuous improvement across all phases of construction. **Compensation & Benefits** - Pay: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and fit - Monday–Friday schedule - Weekly pay with online access to pay stubs - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options - Hospital and Identity Theft coverage - Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Life, and Accident coverage - HSA and 401(k) with company match - Company-paid Basic Life, Long-Term Disability, and AD&D insurance **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor daily commercial construction jobsite activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety regulations, and company policies - Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations - Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors; recommend, implement, and track corrective actions - Support Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews in developing safety-conscious work practices - Assist with pre-task planning, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) - Respond to incidents, near misses, and injuries; coordinate injury care per company protocols - Participate in and support incident investigations and root cause analysis - Lead and assist with toolbox talks, safety orientations, onboarding, and site-specific safety training - Ensure proper availability, use, and condition of PPE, safety equipment, and first aid supplies - Participate in jobsite safety walks with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners - Serve as a field resource for OSHA compliance, regulatory requirements, and company safety programs - Maintain accurate documentation including inspection reports, incident reports, training records, permits, and corrective action logs - Collaborate with the HSE Manager and Safety Director to support continuous improvement initiatives **Required Qualifications** - 5+ years of safety experience in commercial construction or industrial environments - Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and hazard control - OSHA 30 certification preferred - Ability to work independently in a field-based construction environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to train, coach, and influence field personnel **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field preferred - Experience working on K–12, healthcare, higher education, data center, or large commercial projects - Familiarity with cost control, forecasting, and project financial reporting **Learn more:** [**www.staxmatic.com**](https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.staxmatic.com%2F&data=05%7C02%7Ctwilson%40tytonholdings.com%7C37a71b6504054f6b389908dd897d945d%7Cb47c21cf662941bb8b95d223aad5d0e0%7C0%7C0%7C638817894696997280%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjo…
