The Field Representative is responsible for representing both CLEAResult and its client, Dominion Energy, in a professional and responsible manner, conducting outreach activities cost effectively and efficiently, ensuring the enthusiastic participation of retailers, maintaining detailed records, working within a team environment and adhering to CLEAResult and utility protocols, procedures and policies. The field representative will spend up to 80 percent of their time driving to and visiting established retail store accounts. The field representative will build and maintain relationships with retailers and act as a professional liaison between our client, corporate office. **Primary Responsibilities:** - Provide merchandising services to retail partners on a regular basis - Would be assigned a territory of retailers and would need to audit appliance measure SKU participation - Conduct consumer training during store visits - Train store owners/managers, sales associates and other employees on an ongoing basis - Collect store data, including sales information and inventory - Enlist retailer participation in cooperative advertising program - Submit merchandising photographs to home office as requested - Provide services within the parameters of the terms and conditions set forth by company client - Make recommendations that can enhance our delivery of services - Feel comfortable presenting information one-on-one and in front of large groups in a clear, concise and friendly manner - Promote energy efficient products to retail associates and consumers through in-store merchandising, promotions and training - Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. - Maintain current accounts and identify new accounts **Education and Experience:** - High school Diploma or Equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel and Outlook) - Be able to drive an automobile for long distances/time frames - Be friendly, outgoing, organized, efficient, able to work well independently and as part of a team; this position requires a person who is self-motivated, reliable and flexible - 0 -2 Years Relevant retail/merchandising experience preferred. - Salesforce mobile experience is a plus **DOT Requirements** If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. **Compensation Range** $18.55 - $26.00 **Currency** USD **Type** Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data…
