Field Operations Leader

This is a field leadership role responsible for: - Leading and developing crews - Driving production performance - Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable - Executing at a high level—daily *You will be the leader of our field team.* What You’ll Be Responsible For - Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, hire, and onboard painters and crew leaders - Train and develop team members into top performers - Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride - Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching - Production Execution - Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget - Maintain high-quality standards across all projects - Solve problems quickly in the field—without excuses - Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution - Performance Management - Own labor efficiency and production KPIs - Identify underperformance and take decisive action - Drive continuous improvement across crews - Operational Excellence - Implement and enforce systems and processes - Collaborate with leadership to improve operations - Be the bridge between the field and leadership team Who You Are You’re not just experienced—you’re a builder of people and systems.
