You won’t find better leasing agents, property managers, CAM's, maintenance professionals, and administrative experts. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Field Inspector to evaluate rental properties for safety, functionality, and quality. This role involves conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and reporting major issues. The position requires physical activity and travel across the Northern Region of Florida. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct inspections in both vacation rental and annual rental properties, including but not limited to departure, back-to-back, and pre-arrival inspections, as well as move-in, move-out, renewal, and periodic inspections - Address minor maintenance issues, report major concerns - Ensure properties meet company standards - Deliver excellent customer service - Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts **Requirements:** - High School Diploma or equivalent - Valid & Clean Florida Driver’s License - Experience in property inspection preferred - Proficiency with mobile technology and hand tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable with physical labor and extensive travel **Compensation & Benefits:** - Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour - Medical Insurance, Matching 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays - Bonus potential - Career growth opportunities in a stable industry **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Gulf Coast Property Management is committed to diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace.
