We are looking for someone friendly and professional with experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry. You'll be performing emergency services for people suffering water- or fire- related property damage. This is a management/leadership position which includes: - Hiring, training and managing technicians and laborers - Cleaning and deodorizing fire damaged buildings and personal property - Documenting, inventorying, cleaning, packing and managing personal property items - Managing projects and communicating with customers, clients and vendors - Scheduling and directing crew chiefs - Completing job file documentation - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors to help build business **Qualifications** - Experience managing fire cleaning and contents projects in the restoration industry - Valid drivers license - Availability to work beyond standard operating hours (evenings, weekends, etc.) when needed - Must pass criminal background check *All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
