As a Field Engineer, you will have the opportunity to manage and support exciting and challenging construction projects around Florida. ### Duties & Responsibilities - Assists the project manager with subcontractor procurement. - Obtain material quotes from suppliers and submit purchase orders for approval. - Project administration, coordination, and close-out - Assists the project manager with conducting PM Web project coordination. - Assists the project team with managing pertinent construction documentation such as submittals, RFI’s, change orders, notifications, and correspondence. - Strong ability to command daily/ weekly and monthly meetings. - Project specific meeting minutes. - Onsite assistance to field team as necessary. - Provides project specific training. - Promotes customer relations. - Promote culture, leadership, and employee development. - Other duties as assigned. - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary based on the tasks assigned and may fall outside the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work may occur during evenings and weekends based on tasks assigned. ### Qualifications - A two-to-four-year degree is preferred, or a high school diploma or equivalent, with proven safety experience. - You have a working knowledge of manufacturing and construction practices. - You can work long hours with regular travel. - Salary commensurate with experience. ### Benefits - 401K Plan – Typically we match 100% of Employee contributions up to 15% of your base salary so you can relax and retire one day. - 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and contribution toward “family” coverage - Life insurance - Short-term and long-term disability insurance - Generous paid time off program
