Field Engineer / FDE

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE - Work closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s product - Act as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rollouts - Technically scope requirements early in the implementation process - Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutions - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experience - Help shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processes WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Comfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customers - Clear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human terms - Strong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situations - Systems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versa Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required. We care more about how you think, how you communicate, and how you help customers succeed.
