**The Role:** We’re looking for a culinary-savvy, hands-on Field Culinary Specialist to represent Seremoni with key customers. You’ll primarily work alongside our Sales team in the field – running cutting demos, supporting chef and distributor events, and producing samples for customers. You’ll also work closely with our Quality team on fish butchery for R&D and tastings of our product for key customers. What You’ll Do: **Field Sales Support** - Assist the sales team in the field – both locally and across the US – with cutting demonstrations, distributor ride-alongs, and customer education workshops - Support the Marketing team at local events, demos, and product shoots - Coordinate and fabricate product samples to support Marketing activations **In-house Culinary** - Collaborate with the Engineering and Quality teams on fish butchery tasks for R&D and testing - Plan, prep, and cook thoughtful tastings of Seremoni Grade fish for in-house visits Who You Are: You are comfortable both in a professional kitchen and as a representative of a brand in front of chefs, distributors, and investors. - You have hands-on experience with whole fish breakdown and professional kitchen operations - You’re resourceful, self-motivated, and an independent thinker - You’re an excelled communicator who can speak credibly about fish quality - You’re flexible and collaborative Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen, fish market, specialty food distribution, or culinary brand role - Demonstrated fish butchery skills across multiple species - Bonus: Strong ties to the Los Angeles restaurant and chef community
