**Position Summary:** Support the branches in scheduling installations. They play an integral role by being the customer's main point of contact for confirming dates and times whilst maintaining communications with the branch to ensure a smooth customer experience. **Responsibilities** - Schedule and coordinate installation with customers, installers, and sales representatives. - Maintain work in progress report daily - Maintain and distribute schedules for installers. - Prepare reports, filing, and typing as directed. - Occasionally send work order packets to the Work Order Coordinators - Maintain installers on the schedule board ensuring all installers, notes and allocations are accurate - Answer customer questions and concerns. - All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** - 1-2 years business experience required. - 3-5 years preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Excellent internal and external professional communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills required. - Ability to multi-task and/or work with frequent interruptions. - Intermediate Word and Excel skills required - Strong organizational skills - Goal orientated - Detail oriented, self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. - Typing 40wpm required. - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. **Physical Requirements and Working Conditions** - Frequent standing, walking, talking, listening, working at a computer and travel. - Occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, crouching, kneeling and crawling. - Occasional lifting/moving up to 15 pounds. - Motor vehicle driving vision and computer usage vision required. - Close, distance, color, depth perception and focusing vision required. - Noise level is usually moderate. **Training is conducted remotely, with no in‑office days required. After training, the position remains fully remote and does not require on‑site attendance.**
