Main responsibilities include: - Act as the primary contact for physicians, healthcare teams, and program stakeholders within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff. - Educate healthcare professionals on available program services, patient resources, enrollment processes, and therapy support options. - Support patients by helping navigate treatment access, reimbursement processes, and administrative requirements. - Review patient documentation and ensure completion of required forms, authorizations, renewals, and records. - Manage special authorization processes by preparing accurate submissions and providing reimbursement guidance. - Provide regular updates and recommendations to healthcare providers regarding patient status, program changes, and best practices. - Adapt support approaches based on patient and provider needs while identifying opportunities for service improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and high-quality patient support. - Participate in healthcare education activities and maintain compliance with program standards and procedures. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a healthcare professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex patient support processes independently.
