The work model for the role is: **Onsite; Saint Louis, MO** #Li-Onsite #Li-Hybrid **Your role and responsibilities:** - Design and execute promotional strategies aligned with sales objectives, planning and delivering promotional activities with compelling technical content tailored to target audiences. - Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team, fostering proactive collaboration and maintaining high levels of technical expertise. - Ensure timely execution of all promotional initiatives while upholding quality standards and technical accuracy across communications and deliverables. - Drive continuous improvement in promotional effectiveness and team capability through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and performance management. **Our Team Dynamics** Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there. **Qualifications for the role:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Field Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred). - At least 7 years of prior field application or field services industry experience required (prior Electrical experience highly preferred). - Must have technical knowledge of circuit breakers, switch gears, and other similar electrical ABB products. - Strong technical skillset as well as excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under minimal supervision within a shifting and collaborative work environment (works closely with Sales and within Engineering team). - Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. **What's in it for you** We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
