This role is essential in ensuring a smooth digital transition for customers, providing hands-on guidance, and strengthening partnerships to drive successful adoption across Brazil. #### Key Responsibilities - Assist customers in successfully integrating John Deere digital tools into their daily operations. - Accompany agronomists on farmer/customer visits to facilitate onboarding and digital adoption. - Partner with the team to target key geographies and agronomists across Brazil. - Collaborate with local John Deere contacts to enable strong, sustainable partnerships. **Delivery Assurance** - Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs and training sessions. - Provide feedback to the product team for continuous UI/UX improvement. - Conduct regular evaluations of the onboarding process and suggest enhancements. - Assist in data ingestion as needed to support a seamless customer experience. #### Skills & Qualifications ✔ Based in Brazil. ✔ Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field (preferred). ✔ 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, training, or agricultural-related fields. ✔ High comfort level with digital tools and data management. ✔ Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ✔ Valid driver's license and authorization to work in Brazil. ✔ Advanced English and Spanish required. #### Preferred Qualifications - Experience with John Deere product portfolio or precision agriculture platforms. - Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and training within AgTech. - Ag retail experience in the Brazilian market. - Familiarity with the Brazilian agricultural landscape and key growing regions. #### What We Offer 🚀 A chance to work with a fast-growing AgTech company committed to innovation and customer success. 🤝 A collaborative and supportive environment. 💰 Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives. 📈 Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Are you ready to make an impact in AgTech?
