This person will be responsible for keeping the numbers accurate, the bills paid, payroll processed, and leadership informed through reporting and financial analysis. This is a critical leadership position inside our company. * * * ## Responsibilities ### Financial Management • Process payroll • Pay vendor invoices • Manage accounts payable • Manage accounts receivable • Reconcile bank accounts • Maintain accurate financial records • Work inside QuickBooks and ServiceTitan * * * ### Reporting • Weekly revenue reports • Gross profit reports • Payroll reports • Cash flow reports • Department performance reports • Job costing reports • KPI scorecards • Monthly financial reporting * * * ### Administrative Duties • Vendor management • Insurance and licensing tracking • Employee paperwork • Financial record keeping • Office process management • Support ownership with reporting and analysis * * * ## What We're Looking For • QuickBooks experience required • Accounting or bookkeeping experience required • Strong Excel and reporting skills • Highly organized • Strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Self-motivated • Process-driven • Ability to work directly with ownership * * * ## Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
