This is a **field-based, in-person closing role**—not remote and not inside sales. You will meet customers at their properties, present fencing solutions, build proposals, and close deals in the field. This role requires **daily travel throughout Southwest Florida, including North Port, Fort Myers, and surrounding southern regions as needed. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be fully comfortable driving long distances as part of a full field schedule.** We are looking for a motivated closer who thrives in a performance-based environment and is confident managing their own pipeline from appointment to close. What You’ll Do - Conduct in-person residential and commercial sales appointments - Perform on-site measurements and evaluate fencing project needs - Present solutions, pricing, and proposals directly to customers - Follow up on leads and close sales in the field - Manage customer relationships from first contact to close - Maintain accurate CRM updates - Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and installation What We’re Looking For - 3–5+ years of outside sales or field closing experience - Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals in person - Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field - Experience in construction, fencing, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Must be fully comfortable traveling daily across Southwest Florida (North Port, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas as needed) - Spanish/English bilingual is a plus Compensation - $60,000–$80,000 base (based on experience) - Uncapped commission structure - Company-provided leads - High earning potential for top performers - Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Why Fence Direct - Strong inbound lead flow—no cold-starting pipeline - Supportive operations and scheduling team - High-demand home improvement market - Opportunity to directly control your income based on performance Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
