Students **MUST**: - have completed a financial aid file - have need as determined by FAFSA - be in "good" standing status according to GMC's Satisfactory Academic Policy - have a High School Diploma/GED. **Eligibility for participation in the FWS Program is determined by Financial Aid.** If your financial aid file/FAFSA is not complete at the time that your application is submitted, there **will be** a delay in processing your eligibility for the Program. To ensure a quick turnaround time from when your application is submitted to when youre notified of your eligibility, its recommended to check with your Campus Financial Aid Office and establish that your financial aid file is completed prior to applying. *\*FWS is a need-based program. If you are deemed eligible for participation in the FWS Program, please note that receiving any sort of student loan (or another form of Financial Aid not initially calculated in your file) **after** the initial award amount and/or eligibility* *has been determined by Financial Aid, your eligibility for participation in the FWS Program could* *potentially change, even if you are already working under the Program. This could mean an increase or decrease of aid awards or be deemed ineligible to participate in the FWS program.
