Federal Court Paralegal

Responsibilities: - Serve as primary contact with assigned clients - Prepare IFP applications, perform federal debt checks and student loan verification - Prepare and organize federal court transcripts - Process referral and new client files - Update and process existing client files - Assist with drafting and filing complaints - Maintain CRM database, Litify - Assist with drafting and filing complaints - Answer incoming phone calls and field client questions - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures - Any additional duties, as requested Requirements: - Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience - Customer service skills and experience - Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry - Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus - Experience with WORLDOX and Litify is a plus Work Location: This position may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely depending on the candidate's location and business needs.
