Engagement: Part-time — ~0.37 FTE (approx. 580 hrs) Reports to: Financials Solution Architect Job Title: FCCS / EPM Consultant Role Summary: Leads the re-pointing of Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) from Excel to Fusion for Kita, including consolidation rules, currency translation, and unified legal/management reporting, working closely with the Financials SA and Enterprise Architect. Experience Required: 6–9 years of Oracle EPM Cloud experience with a concentration in FCCS, including at least 2 implementations involving consolidation re-pointing or new FCCS deployments. Experience with multi-currency consolidation (USD/JPY) and intercompany eliminations is directly relevant to this engagement. Must-Have Skills: - Oracle FCCS configuration: consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations - Currency translation and multi-GAAP reporting (J-GAAP vs. US-GAAP awareness a plus) - Data staging and validation from source ERP into FCCS - Unified legal and management reporting design - Ability to work efficiently within a limited part-time allocation alongside the core Financials team Module-Specific Experience: Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) — Data Staging/Validation, Automated Consolidation, FX Translation, Legal & Management Reporting.
