The Family Services Specialist IV serves as a senior-level practitioner and expert resource within the Family Services Team. This position provides advanced casework intervention, leads and mentors staff, supports supervisory functions, and manages complex cases across program areas such as Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, and Foster Care/Adoption. Work is performed with significant independence and requires strong clinical judgment, comprehensive knowledge of human services practices, and the ability to coordinate services, train staff, and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
