In this role, you'll provide advanced clinical care to individuals receiving mental health and substance use disorder services while working in a collaborative, recovery-oriented environment. If you're passionate about improving lives through integrated behavioral healthcare, we'd love to welcome you to our team. * * * ## **What You'll Do** As a Nurse Practitioner, you will: - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments - Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders within your scope of practice - Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychiatric medications - Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), when credentialed and authorized - Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans - Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies as appropriate - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the treatment team - Coordinate care with hospitals, primary care providers, pharmacies, and community partners - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities - Provide education to consumers and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options - Support a person-centered, recovery-focused approach to care * * * ## **Qualifications** ### **Required** - Master's degree (or higher) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state - National Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP, FNP, or other applicable certification) - Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to maintain accurate documentation and protect patient confidentiality ### **Preferred** - Experience working in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, integrated care, or community mental health - Experience providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) - Familiarity with CCBHC and CARF standards
