Wright Family Law Group is a family law firm that helps people through divorce, custody, and support matters. We're growing, and we're looking to add an experienced family law paralegal to the team. This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with one of our attorneys and manage a caseload from the first filing through resolution. Our attorneys work in small teams, so you'll have a discovery specialist and a financial analyst supporting the cases you're on. You won't be doing everything yourself, and you won't be spread thin across a dozen attorneys. You'll own your cases and have people alongside you. Most of our clients are going through one of the hardest stretches of their lives, and the paralegal on the case is often the person who keeps them informed and keeps things moving. That matters to us, and we're looking for someone it matters to as well. **What you'll do** ● Manage family law cases alongside your attorney, from intake through resolution ● Draft pleadings, motions, financial statements, and client correspondence ● Prepare and organize discovery, exhibits, and case files ● Keep clients updated and keep the attorney ahead of deadlines ● Maintain matters and case files in Clio ● Track court deadlines and filing requirements **What we're looking for** ● Experience as a family law paralegal. This isn't an entry-level role. You've worked family law matters and you understand what clients are going through. ● Prior paralegal experience at a law firm, with a paralegal certificate or equivalent training ● Based in the US. Massachusetts is preferred, and MA family law or court experience is a real plus. ● Organized and dependable, able to own deadlines without being chased ● A strong writer who stays calm when things get busy ● Comfortable with case management software; Clio experience is a bonus - The role is full-time and remote for US-based candidates. Compensation is $60,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience. - Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. If this sounds like you, apply through this posting and tell us a little about your family law experience. We'd love to hear from you.
