Analytical Writing: Skills to create written reports for various settings that are analytical, accessible, and keep the child’s lived experience at the heart. Resilience: The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and effectively manage competing priorities and complex family dynamics. Inclusive Practice: A deep commitment to anti-discriminatory, equitable, and anti-racist practice. Practice Culture: Relational Approach: Practice is informed by trauma-aware principles and viewed through a systemic lens to ensure children remain at the heart of all work. Reflective Practice: You will be expected to be a reflective practitioner, utilizing individual, group, and multi-agency supervision to continuously improve your practice.
