Confidently guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions. **Manage Leads & Follow-Up** – Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication. **Support Front Desk Sales Execution** – Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging. **Guide the Family Journey & Experience –** Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships. **Track Performance & Results** – Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance. **Represent the Aqua-Tots Brand** – Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions. **What We're Looking For** Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Availability to work evenings and weekends **Ready to Dive In?** If you enjoy sales conversations, love helping families, and want to play a key role in growing a school while making a meaningful impact, apply today to become a Family Experience Teammate at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools.
