In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and provide ongoing advocacy and support. **What You’ll Do** - Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems - Connect families with community resources such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling - Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed - Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements - Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary **Minimum Requirements** - High school diploma required - Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle - Ability to pass all required background clearances - Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening - Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends **Benefits** - Medical, dental, vision insurance, and wellness program - 401(k) with company match - Company-paid life insurance - Company-paid short-term and long-term disability - Tuition reimbursement - Paid holidays and paid time off - Employee referral bonus - Clearance reimbursement and renewal JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
