This position plays a critical role in preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals by providing engaging, hands-on instruction aligned with current industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to: - Ensure alignment with course objectives and outcomes and maintain course syllabi. - Deliver engaging, standards-based nursing instruction, utilizing current teaching methodologies. - Create a safe, inclusive, and interactive learning environment for students. - Track and maintain student attendance, grades, and academic progress. - Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student support services to enhance outcomes. - Contribute to curriculum improvement and ensure alignment with industry standards. - Participate in outreach, professional development, and partnerships with high schools.
