**Key Responsibilities** - Work as a part of our IT Team to manage IT security and protection for our network - Work with our security consultants to manage incidents and resolve security issues - Knowledge of network vulnerabilities and network monitoring systems - Willing and able to be designated our FSO, Facility Security Officer within the DCSA system - Maintain accurate security records and maintain our CMMC standards - Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA (Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency) - Conduct security education, training, and awareness programs for employees - Perform self-inspections, internal audits, and prepare for government security reviews - Investigate and report security incidents, violations, and insider threat concerns - Monitor surveillance systems and manage access control systems **Required Qualifications** - Good knowledge of networking systems and vulnerabilities - Working knowledge of a Windows Domain System and MS 365 Cloud Services - Knowledge of DoD industrial security requirements and CUI standards - Experience working with DCSA and government customers - Strong organizational, communication, and compliance skills - Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity **Required Education** - Associate in science (A.S.) in IT Security, Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity, IT related B.S. or B.A. degree - Industry Certifications such as: - Microsoft Certifications in Security and Administration - CompTia Certifications
