Facility Operations Manager | Pediatric Therapy

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a collaborative and driven **Facility Operations Manager** to help lead the operational success. If you're an experienced operations leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting teams, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences for both clients and team members, we'd love to meet you. **What You'll Do** As the **Facility Operations Manager**, you'll provide operational leadership across multiple clinic locations while partnering closely with clinical leaders to ensure our facilities, systems, and administrative teams operate efficiently and effectively. **In this role, you will:** - Provide operational oversight for multiple clinic locations. - Lead, coach, and develop administrative and support service team members. - Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards. - Oversee scheduling, intake, insurance authorization, benefit verification, and care coordination workflows. - Monitor productivity, scheduling efficiency, utilization, and operational performance metrics. - Maintain safe, clean, organized, and professional clinic environments. - Manage facility maintenance, repairs, vendors, inventory, and operational readiness. - Conduct operational audits and implement process improvements. - Analyze data and scorecards to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and service excellence. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide ongoing coaching to direct reports. - Partner with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives. - Help foster an outstanding experience for clients, families, and team members **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field **OR** - Two or more years of management or operations leadership experience **Perferred Experience** - Healthcare, medical office, therapy, insurance, intake, scheduling, or care coordination experience - Multi-site operations management - Team leadership and employee development - Performance management and process improvement - Vendor and facility management - Budgeting and operational reporting - Data analysis and KPI management **Technical Skills** Experience with or ability to quickly learn: - Google Workspace and Microsoft Office - Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems - Payroll and HRIS systems - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Data reporting and operational dashboards **What Makes You Successful** You are someone who: - Leads with kindness and accountability - Communicates clearly and professionally - Thrives in a fast-paced environment - Solves problems proactively - Builds strong relationships across departments - Uses data to make informed decisions - Enjoys improving processes and creating efficiencies - Can prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail - Has a growth mindset and embraces change **Our Core Values** At Milestone Therapy, our culture is built around seven core values: - Be Kind - Be a Team Player - Be Responsible - Be Compassionate - Be Respectful - Be Passionate - Be Evidence-Based We're looking for someone who naturally lives these values every day. **Why Join Milestone Therapy?** Because we're not just another healthcare organization.
