We continue to grow and are looking for top talent to join our team and continue the journey with us. **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience - Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous Paid Time Off program, holidays, 401k and more!!! - A growing company with opportunities for advancement - Company sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities **Your Role** You will help keep every apartment, common area, and outdoor space at Jamestown safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for our residents. - Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, parking areas, etc. - Complete work orders from residents and staff - Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs - Resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner - Complete special projects as directed **Qualifications** - Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance and/or construction - Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods - Pleasant, detail-oriented, and friendly - Love for seniors! **Equal Opportunity Employer** Stellar Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer.
