**Summary** Repairs and maintains equipment and buildings **Benefits** - Pay Day every Friday - Medical & Dental Benefits - 401k Retirement Plan - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Regular Performance Appraisals and Wage Reviews - Employee Discount for employee and immediate family. - Using the Taco Time App, employees can purchase up to $40 worth of Taco Time food, 3 times per week (during non-prime hours) # Essential Job Functions - Maintains and repairs buildings' structural components and systems including plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as switches, fuses, ballasts and bulbs, etc. - Repairs and replaces worn or damaged parts, such as hoses, wiring, and belts etc. for equipment, such as faucets, gas lines, steam jacket, microwave, etc. or any other parts/equipment. **Minimum Qualifications** EDUCATION 1. High School Diploma in a related field or equivalent; no experience necessary we are willing to train the right person. We just are seeking someone with a strong work ethic and a can do attitude. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION 1. Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License EXPERIENCE 1. This position prefers a minimum of three years of maintenance/facilities experience, preferably in a restaurant or service industry environment. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 1. Communication 1. Requires ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. 2. Ability to follow appropriate communication channels. 3. Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 2. Team Building/Interpersonal Skills 1.
