For more information, visit www.Synergbiopharma.com POSITION OVERVIEW Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Technician III with 5–10 years of experience to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of GMP and non-GMP facility systems, utilities, and equipment. This role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues across multiple building systems, and supporting reliability and compliance requirements in laboratory, manufacturing, and utility environments. The Facilities Technician III works with minimal supervision, handles complex technical challenges, and may guide junior staff as needed to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. WORK LOCATION Travel to client sites may be required depending on project demands and client expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (This list is not exhaustive and may be modified as needed.) Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utility, safety, and building systems across GMP and non-GMP areas. Receive, prioritize, and execute work order requests from employees, tenants, and internal customers, ensuring timely and efficient response to facility needs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, mechanical utilities, generators, environmental controls, and related infrastructure. Inspect facility systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs, operational risks, or abnormal conditions and escalate issues when required. Make repairs directly when possible and coordinate specialized contractors or vendors when complex repairs are needed. Work independently with minimal supervision while handling complex maintenance tasks requiring strong technical judgment. Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment logs, inventory tracking, and compliance-related documentation. Support calibration activities and equipment reliability programs as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, facility procedures, and applicable GMP or regulatory standards.
