🔧 Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment) Shift: First Shift - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Pay range: $25-29/hour based on experience; 11 paid days off annually; 80 hours of paid time off yearly; matching 401k after 30 days and potential annual bonus! You’ll: ✔ Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance✔ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems✔ Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs✔ Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly✔ Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro✔ Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date✔ Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment✔ Jump in where needed — teamwork makes the dream work! 🛠 What We’re Looking For You’ll be successful in this role if you have: ✅ A high school diploma or GED✅ At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment✅ Skills in things such as electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting✅ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and good manufacturing practices (bonus!)✅ A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude 💪 What the Job Is Like Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment Stay active — lifting, bending, repairing, and moving throughout the day Use tools and equipment regularly (no sitting behind a desk all day!)
