In this role, you’ll help people own it. ## **Main Responsibilities** - Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining furniture and infrastructure, tracking issues, and coordinating timely repairs. - Manage workspace planning, including floor plans, seating arrangements, and digital office displays. - Lead office improvement projects, such as renovations, refurbishments, and the development of employee spaces (lounges, wellness areas, etc.). - Optimize space utilization, including team relocations, and ensure meeting rooms are fully functional. - Oversee Health & Safety administration, including documentation, mandatory training, and compliance monitoring. - Manage fire safety processes, including employee communication, evacuation plans, and post-audit corrective actions. - Coordinate ergonomic workplace solutions to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for employees. - Build and maintain vendor relationships, managing contracts, invoices, and renewal timelines. - Conduct regular office inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues. - Take ownership of ad hoc facilities requests, ensuring quick and effective resolution. ## **Core Requirements** - Previous experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Office Operations, or a similar operational role. - A proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented professional who takes ownership and delivers results. - Demonstrated experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and facility-related services. - Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from planning through successful implementation. - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of Health & Safety and workplace compliance requirements. - A positive, service-oriented attitude with genuine care for creating an exceptional employee workplace experience. - Strong self-management skills, a continuous learning mindset, and the ability to work independently. - Fluency in both English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken. ## **What We Offer** **Innovate with industry leaders** Work alongside global experts to build world-leading cybersecurity tools, impacting millions of users around the world. **Learn & grow** Boost your skills via our extensive training programs (online and offline) & other resources.
