This role offers an opportunity to coordinate repairs and implement preventative measures that support our team and customers alike. **Summary:** Maintains a safe, clean working environment for all employees and customers. **Duties**: - Address office building maintenance concerns and review building maintenance issues. - Arrange for carpet cleaning, furniture maintenance, and repairs. - Plan and schedule routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and lighting. - Work with outside service providers to ensure full functionality and service of water coolers, ice machines, and coffee service/machines. - Ensure that supplies are ordered and well-stocked. - Act as the liaison between management and staff to resolve facility-related issues. - Performs other duties as assigned **Requirements:** - Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or automotive environments. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
