Facilities Maintenance

**Position purpose - Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks** § Maintain mechanical aspects of building (checking power outages, changing lightbulbs, changing A/C filters, checking HVAC units, restroom fans) calling out for specialists when beyond capabilities. i.e. Electricians, HVAC, etc. § Maintain Landscaping (sprinklers, lawns, trimming hedges, weeding rocks, clearing debris, clear dumpster area, etc.) § Clearing snow in winter § Maintaining fleet vehicles § Scheduling building and irrigation inspections (Elevator, Fire Sprinkler System, Backflow Systems) § Help Facilities Specialist when needed clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, windows, restrooms, kitchens, etc.) Empty garbage and provide cleaning supplies to other employees when requested **Qualifications** § Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies § Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets § Self-Motivated § Multi-tasking ability § Ability to communicate with coworkers **Supervisory responsibilities** § This position has no supervisory responsibilities **Preferences** § Extraordinary attention to detail § Ability to work independently § Ability to multitask **Company Conformance Statements** In the performance of assigned tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: § Review and adhere to policies and guidelines contained within the Employee Handbook, including privacy and information security guidelines. § Act within delegated authorities and adheres to applicable policy and procedures associated with such authorities. § Contribute to establishing a respectful workplace where diversity is critical to innovation and growth. § Ensure every action and decision is aligned with PRMI values. § Partner with your management team to understand performance expectations and measurements. To maintain and ensure secure privacy of borrower (and other protected) information, an essential function of this job may require physical attendance in a defined office space.
