We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep our buildings, grounds, and equipment in top shape. **What You’ll Do:** - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility equipment - Troubleshoot issues and support emergency repairs across departments - Maintain clean, safe, and stocked workspaces including restrooms and break rooms - Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively - Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with special projects - Communicate with supervisors and team leads to prioritize tasks and report issues If you're a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a knack for keeping things running, we’d love to have you on our team. **What you bring:** - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, assembly instructions, and schematics. - Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot and problem solve numerous varieties of facilities issues. - Previous experience with hand and power tools required.
